Text Box: In The Name Of Allah Yavaran-e-Shabcheragh Shiraz, Charitable Institution has been established by a group of beneficent and benevolent men and women as the first supporter of blind infants and young adult in Iran in October of 2004 by tow of blinds from Shiraz in the white cane day in presence of assistant of social tasks and elections of province maintenance and director general of welfare organization (Behzisti) and a group of beneficent persons. Zeynab Jafari is director of the institute. Sayed Hossein Alavi-zadeh is the president. The tow wise blinds established the institute by their efforts and by helps and kinds of dear beneficent persons. They try to make a cultural and educational place for blind children. Yavaran-e-Shabcheragh Shiraz, Charitable Institution has been initiated in 2004 for these purposes: To recognize and to attract blind infants and young adults. To offer consultation and training to the families of blind infants and young adults. To hold training classes for blind infants and young adults. To accomplish and offer hygienic and prevention tasks for blind infants, young adult and their families. To educate living skills to infants and young adults. To create proper social chances for active appearance of blind infants and young adult in society. To inform people and to improve public notice about abilities and needs of infants The first step to meet these goals was to create a training place (Yavaran-e-Shabcheragh) for training, growing and rehabilitation of blind infants. The institute has more than one hundred infants under supervise. Now, some of these infants are active. Problems are: Not having a proper training place for blind infants Not having certain income for solving financial problems of the institute Services of the institute are: Training Koran (holy book of Moslems), physical exercises, mobility And orientation, poem and song, English Rehabilitation services consist of work remedy and speak remedy Consultative and psychological services and training services Training services are for infants to help them do their daily works independently, to improve physical state of their bodies and their physical actions, to improve their speaking and their social skills, to solve infant’s behavioral problems. Yavaran-e-Shabcheragh Shiraz, Charitable Institution says: Dears, you can make happy small hearts of blind infants by your helps. Via completing and posting registration form (called yavaran), be one of assistants of Yavaran-e-Shabcheragh Shiraz. Via this way you can help us in training, remedy and consultation for blind infants, young adults and their families. Your helps warm our hearts and make under-supervise blind infants happy.
